Acceptance of terms
By registering for or using the Service, you confirm that you've read and accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
Minimum age
The Service is intended for users aged 13 and up. By registering, you confirm you're at least 13.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Educational purpose
Ventrio is an educational platform for building entrepreneurial thinking. Challenges, simulations, workshops, and AI-generated feedback are for learning purposes only and are NOT financial, legal, or investment advice. Any business decisions you make are your own responsibility and risk.
Acceptable use
You may not: break the law, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data, post abusive or harmful content, or use the Service to send spam.
Workshop conduct
Workshops are live, group sessions. Participants must treat each other respectfully; abuse, cheating, or disrupting a session may result in removal from the session or restricted access to the Service.
Intellectual property
The Service's content (text, design, challenges, courses) belongs to Ventrio or its licensors and is protected by law. You may use it only for your own personal learning.
Third-party content
The Service uses embedded YouTube videos and Google OAuth sign-in. Using these features is also governed by the terms and policies of those services (Google/YouTube), which we don't control.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate account access for violations of these terms. You can delete your account at any time (see the "Delete Account" page).
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that the Service will meet your specific expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ventrio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
