Delete Account
You can request full deletion of your Ventrio account and its associated data at any time.
What gets deleted
Once deletion is confirmed, we'll delete your sign-in account (email/Google) and all server-side data tied to it: your profile, interests, XP and activity streak, and workshop participation and answers.
What isn't deleted automatically
Challenge progress and video reflection notes are stored only locally in the browser on the devices you used. We can't remotely erase this data — you can do it yourself by clearing site data in your browser settings on each device.
Right now, account deletion is handled manually by our team — there's no automatic "Delete now" button yet. Email support@ventrio.app with the subject "Delete account" from the email address linked to your account (or include it in the message if you sign in with Google). We'll verify your identity and delete the account within a reasonable time.
